Turner Construction Job Tour - HPP East Project

The HPP East project is a continuing care retirement community building that is an addition to the existing HPP campus and our fourth project for Pacific Retirement Services (PRS). The building is a 45,500 sq. ft. concrete structure with wood framing. There are 10 custom apartments on the upper floors and two levels averaging 1,500 sq. ft. each. The below grade levels consist of underground parking for the campus staff and building residents.

Completion Date: January 2018

PPE/Clothing: Please wear pants, boots, sleeved shirt (short sleeve acceptable). Bring YOUR OWN hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and high visibility vest. If you need PPE brought for you, please contact to arrange by July 14th.


  • Parking: Please park at the Lloyd Center Mall: 1260 Lloyd Center, Portland, OR 97232

  • Project Site Office: 1300 NE 16th Ave, Portland, OR. Please meet in the main lobby to sign in and obtain name badges.

  • Project Construction Site: 1650 NE 17th Ave, Portland, OR. (Must check in at Project Site Office before entry to jobsite)

  • Dinner: Prime Rib + Chocolate Cake ( – following jobsite tour, group will have dinner at a nearby restaurant. (cost for dinner is included).

  • Cost: $35 members/ $40 non-members (Includes dinner and non-alcoholic beverages.)
