Presentation: Thomas Robinson, principal, LEVER Architecture, and Eric McDonnell, Associate, KPFF will present on a new Pearl District project, called Framework, which is anticipated to be one of the first tall timber structures in the country. Utilizing Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) technology, this building will be 12-stories high, consisting of one level of ground floor retail, 5 levels of office, 5 levels of workforce housing and a roof top amenity space.
